Elephantech Inc. Quality and Environmental Policy
At Elephantech, we’ve made it our mission to “make the world sustainable with new technologies” and have established the following policies for our printed electronics production processes and products to guide our efforts in environmentally friendly manufacturing that refuses to compromise on product quality and sustainable business growth.
- We have established and will maintain an integrated quality and environmental management system that aims to increase customer satisfaction while simultaneously helping conserve the environment.
- We will continue to review this integrated management system regularly and implement changes to improve its effectiveness.
- We will clearly communicate and comply with laws, regulations, and social requirements related to quality and the environmental impact of our activities, products and services.
- We will set and regularly review product quality and environmental conservation targets as a way of implementing this quality and environmental policy.
- We will focus on the following in our quality control:
- We will maintain regular communication with customers and provide them with products that meet their needs within the agreed delivery timeframe.
- We will respond to customer complaints quickly and work to ensure the issue does not happen again.
- We will continue to improve product quality to increase customer trust and satisfaction.
- We will focus on the following in our environmental impact management:
- We will minimize water pollution by using waste liquid-saving equipment and ensuring waste liquids are treated appropriately.
- We will minimize air pollution through the proper use of exhaust equipment.
- We will minimize our impact on global warming by striving to reduce electricity usage.
- We will reuse and recycle resources to save resources and reduce waste.
- We will work to reduce pollution by offering environmentally friendly products.
- We will make this quality and environmental policy known to all employees.
- This quality and environmental policy is also available to the public.
