At Elephantech’s booth, we will showcase SAphire™ D, an advanced copper nanopaste that features low-temperature sintering and high bonding strength for die attach and thermal interface material (TIM) applications. The material addresses the performance and heat-dissipation challenges of power semiconductors used in next-generation mobility, including EVs.
