Elephantech Exhibition
The showcase will focus on the latest solutions for AI server PCBs and power semiconductor packaging, including DeepVia™ HDI, the high-aspect-ratio HDI via metallization technology, and SAphire™, the low-temperature sintering copper nanopaste.
Visitors can engage with our expert team to discuss potential adoption and applications. Samples of both solutions will also be available, providing a firsthand look at the technologies.
Joint Exhibition with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation
At Mitsubishi Electric’s booth, Elephantech will present DK100, the inkjet equipment that enables the DeepVia™ HDI process. For the first time, visitors will be able to see the system in operation at the exhibition.
